Add-ons

The appointment bot on the other tab is the complete package. These sit on top of it, each one quoted on its own, so you take only what you want and nothing is bundled in to pad the price.

Day-before reminders

Every booked patient gets a message the evening before, with one tap to confirm, move or cancel. A cancellation you hear the night before is a token you can still give away.

Whatever they tap goes straight to the front desk.

At 300 tokens a day and 15 no-shows in every 100, a reminder that works on just 2 in 10 brings back about 234 patients a month. At ₹700 a visit, roughly ₹1,63,800 a month.

Needs from you
Nothing.
Build
A reminder schedule and one approved template.

Quoted separately.

Lab and scan report delivery

The patient is told a report is ready and receives the report itself, on the number already on file. Nobody travels in to collect paper.

Your staff attach the PDF against the token, in the chat they already use.

Automatic version
Your HMS pushes the report and nobody touches it. Whether that is possible, and what it costs, depends on which system you run.
Patient data
Only ever to the number on the booking, never one typed into a chat.

Quoted separately, once we have seen your HMS.

Feedback and review requests

A few hours after the visit, the bot asks how it went. The answer comes to you privately and the same message carries your Google review link. It runs off the attendance your front desk already records.

The same follow-up goes out whichever button they tap.

Your Google rating is what a patient in Kasaragod sees before choosing a hospital. This asks every patient who actually turned up, a few hours after they were seen.

Needs from you
Your review link, and how many hours after the visit to ask.
Why nobody is filtered
Google penalises listings that ask only satisfied patients, so everyone gets the same message. It also means an unhappy patient reaches you before they reach Google.

Malayalam

The whole bot in Malayalam, chosen by the patient the first time and remembered after that. Menus, confirmations, refusals and reminders, not just the greeting.

Sample wording. Somebody at Wintouch reads it once before it goes live.

Build
A second copy of every message, and every template re-approved in Malayalam.

Quoted separately.

AI assistant

Patients type in their own words, in English or Manglish, instead of tapping through menus. The bot works out what they are asking for and routes them.

Without this the bot stays tap-only and asks them to use the menu.

It does not answer medical questions and does not suggest a diagnosis. Asked one, it says so plainly and offers a person. That refusal is deliberate.

Needs from you
One short review of what it should and should not answer.

Quoted separately.

WhatsApp bulk marketing

Message patients who have agreed to hear from you, from the number they already recognise. Checkup packages, screening camps, a visiting specialist.

Only to patients who agreed at booking, and every message carries the opt-out.

Needs from you
Nothing. Consent is captured at booking from day one, and runs on the Cloud API directly with no reseller holding your list.
Worth knowing
WhatsApp charges these at its marketing rate, several times the appointment rate.

Quoted separately, by volume.
